Born in 1993, Benedetta Balestri is co-founder and managing director of One Shot Group, an Italian agency specialising in digital management and communication with a focus on Generation Z. Four units belong to the group, including One Shot Agency, a talent agency with a roster of over 30 of Italy’s best-known digital talents, StraEasy, which develops strategy and creativity for companies, Streamland, a production hub specialising in live streaming, and finally Osa lab, the group’s music label. Zenzero, the vertical talent agency on the world of food born from the joint venture with Giallo Zafferano and Mondadori Media, is also added. Since 2023 Benedetta has been a volunteer at Progetto Itaca, with which she decided to bring together a group of Italian creators and set up Itaca Lab, a training course for digital creators on the main topics of mental health.
