I am an HR Manager with around 15 years of experience. I have been working in Cisco Italy since June 2021, with the role of People & Communities Country Lead. I studied Languages at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and during my studies I had the opportunity to work as a Flight Attendant for two important airlines. This experience was crucial for me. I visited many countries, got to know different people, learnt how to collaborate with everyone and how to handle critical issues; but above all, this time helped me understand what I wanted to do when I grew up: work in Human Resources. Having discovered this ‘world’, I returned to Rome, completed my studies and enrolled in a Master in Human Resources and Organisation in Milan. From there, my life changed: I started at Cisco through an internship, then continued my HR path in various companies, always in the technology and digital sector with a strong focus on innovation, transformation processes and people development. Like a circle that closes, after 14 years I am back at Cisco again, with the objective of supporting Cisco Italy in the development of innovative HR and Future of Work practices.
