Ludovica Gargari is a 25-year-old young chef who graduated from Gualtiero Marchesi’s Alma cooking school.
While working in a starred restaurant in Milan (the Seta by A. Guida), the pandemic broke out and so she started to produce content on social media, first as Recipe Producer for Alta cucina, then as Content creator on her social channels.
Many people remember her as ‘Livietta’ from ‘Provaci ancora prof’ but that’s another story… and in her recipe book ‘Farfalle nello stomaco‘ she tells us how all these experiences are connected by a single thread. Hers is a creative, technical, simple but also healthy cuisine, which does not necessarily mean boring, on the contrary!
