She joined Cisco in 2008, assuming a few years later the role of HR Manager for the Italian sales organisation, adding in the following years the responsibility for Portugal, Greece, Malta and Cyprus.

In 2018 she became HR Leader for Cisco Italy in the People & Communities organisation, a role she will hold until December 2020. During these years she contributed to bring Cisco to the podium as Best Place to Work Italy (medium-sized companies) and to the birth of the first community dedicated to Early in Career in Italy. She currently holds an international role as people partner, supporting Cisco’s Sales function in Southern European countries, on all organisational and people-related aspects. Passionate about the future of work, in recent years she has been involved in projects related to digital nomadism. In December 2022, she expanded her responsibility, also following Cisco’s channel organisation at European level. Before joining Cisco, she held positions of increasing responsibility in the human resources department of Philips. Passionate about innovation and coaching, she seeks to make these skills available to the next generation. Stefania lives near Milan and is the mother of two children.
